    The Heights Linden Square (located in Gladstone, Missouri) was awarded the Keystone Award, signifying important economic developments in Clay County. Presented by the Clay County Economic Development Council, the Keystone Awards recognize businesses and organizations that have made significant contributions to Clay County’s economy through their commitment to the county in the areas of job creation, capital improvement, expansions, new equipment and/or technology.

    AHF Reader’s Choice Award – Best Rural Development

    The readers of Affordable Housing Finance selected The Landing, a Flaherty & Collins Properties development, as the top Rural Development in 2014. The Landing features 46 affordable units: 34 one-bedrooms and 12 two-­bedrooms. The six market-rate units comprise four two-bedrooms and two three-bedrooms. In addition, the property features 6,800 square feet of retail space, the first tenant of which is Bliss Artisan Ice Cream.
