“I have had extensive experience working with affordable housing and mixed income housing financing structures. I have more than 21 years of experience working on community and economic development initiatives in underserved neighborhoods. These kinds of projects are important at Flaherty & Collins, and we work hard to bring the right resources together for the most efficient deals possible.”
Duane seeks new development opportunities in affordable housing/mixed income projects. He works with cities to leverage private dollars with public resources to develop affordable housing and investment opportunities in distressed areas. His experience and skills provide him with both a thorough understanding of the public commitment to providing housing for all income ranges and the private sector goal of maintaining the economic viability of such projects.
