As a Project Manager, my role is to provide leadership to develop and manage a team both internally and externally to build a quality project on time and within budget to further the Flaherty & Collins Properties goals of Luxury Living / World Class Developments and Creating a Lasting Legacy.

Responsibilities

Jeff leads the project construction team from Preconstruction handoff through Project turnover to Property Management. Responsibilities include scope review and development during preconstruction, buyout, contracting, scheduling, budget control and owner / contractor relations. Jeff works closely with the Project Superintendent and Project Engineer during construction to ensure that the quality, safety and timeliness of Projects are achieved, and that Property Management’s expectations are met or exceeded.

Personal

Jeff and his wife Tracey have been married for 32 years and have three grown children. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, sporting events, and golf.
