“When Flaherty & Collins Properties partners with owners and investors, we embrace their vision as our own: talented staff, desired occupancies, satisfied residents, and financial success. Everyone on the property management team understands this challenge. We develop strategic plans for each property, and, more important, work those plans on a daily basis. This ensures that our goals, and the owners’ vision, are successfully realized."

Jill is responsible for the success of Flaherty & Collins’s more than 100 properties across the Midwest, directing 10 Regional Property Managers, Marketing, Compliance, Human Resources and their teams to ensure each multifamily community reflects the company’s high standards – and the owner’s expectations – in the areas of financial performance, leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
