John is the Project Executive for the first phase of the St. Elizabeth’s East campus re-development in Washington, D. C. with the conversion of seven historic hospital buildings into 252 mixed-income rental apartments.

John is married and has two children. John volunteers his free time with several charitable organizations and enjoys mentoring/helping others. An avid fan of many sports, his favorite teams are the Pittsburgh Steelers, Washington Nationals and WVU football/basketball.
John has worked in the Development/Construction industry for 36 years and has completed over $3B of constructed product for investors/owners of real estate. In addition, as a structural engineer, he has been involved with the design and construction of over 6M square feet.
