4th & Race is a 14-story luxury apartment tower located in downtown Cincinnati at corner of Fourth & Race streets and consists of 264 luxury apartments, 23,000 square feet of street-level commercial space and a secure 700 parking space garage over 6 floors.
Amenities include 8,000 square feet of outdoor space, a 6,000-square-foot indoor amenity area and a “sky deck” on the 14th floor that shows off breathtaking panoramic views of the Cincinnati skyline and the Ohio River. The outdoor space on the roof of the seven-story parking garage will have a pool, seating areas and grilling stations. The indoor amenities on that level will include a club room, fitness center and gaming area for residents.
The project was a partnership with the City of Cincinnati and 3CDC. Turner Construction served as the builder.
