Moving up seven spots from last year, Flaherty & Collins Properties development team moved up to #39 in the Affordable Housing Finance Top 50.

Flaherty & Collins Properties affordable development team opened projects throughout Indiana in 2015, including Historic Greensburg Square (pictured above) in Greensburg, IN, Clark’s Crossing in Vincennes, IN, Downtown Terrace in Petersburg, IN and River Pointe in Tell City, IN.
Several other projects are about to kick-off or are already under construction, led by the unique 2700 University in St. Paul, MN.
