INDIANAPOLIS – First residents of the new downtown Indianapolis luxury apartment community, Axis, began moving in today.
Developed, constructed and managed by Flaherty & Collins Properties, Axis is a mixed-use, multifamily development featuring 330 luxury apartments and more than 25,000 square feet of exterior amenity space. In May, Marsh opened a 42,000 square foot flagship location on the first floor of the development.

Flaherty & Collins Vice President of Development Jim Crossin noted that Axis has experienced great interest since pre-leasing began in the spring. “Pre-leasing is going quickly and new and prospective residents are excited about the location and amenities.” Crossin also noted that residents will find upscale apartment features that include granite countertops, Roman soaking tubs, wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, 9-foot ceilings and ceramic tile floors.
