Flaherty & Collins Properties Announces Grand Opening of The Arbuckle, a $40M Luxury Mixed-Use Development in Brownsburg

Brownsburg, IN – Flaherty & Collins Properties has announced the formal grand opening of The Arbuckle, a $40 million mixed-use, luxury residential apartment development at Arbuckle Park in downtown Brownsburg. A celebration event is planned at the site – 7249 Arbuckle Commons in Brownsburg from 4:30-7pm on Tuesday, September 24, 2019.

The Arbuckle consists of 210 luxury market rate apartment homes and townhomes. 7,600 square feet of retail, and a 400-space parking garage. Rents at The Arbuckle range from $975 a month for a 717-square-foot studio unit to $2,698 for a two-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath town house with 2,370 square feet.

Residents enjoy nearly 7,000 square feet of amenities, including a courtyard with fire pits, bar area, grilling station and saltwater pool with a large wet deck. In addition, The Arbuckle features paved terraces a pet spa, secured bike storage and repair, 24-Hour Fitness featuring Group Fitness and cycling, and concierge services.

Apartments include polished quartz kitchen countertops, stone vanity tops with integral sinks, tile backsplashes, stainless steel kitchen appliances and stainless steel, under-mounted kitchen faucet and sinks. Each apartment will include canned LED lighting in the entry, kitchen, bathroom and closets.

Project partners included CSO Architects, Williams Creek (Civil Engineer), Lynch Harrison and Brumleve (Structural Engineer) and financing provided by Busey Bank. Flaherty & Collins Construction was the general contractor.

The project, at 391,502 square feet, was completed in May after breaking ground in August of 2017.
