GLADSTONE, MO – The Heights Linden Square was awarded the 2014 Annual Beautification Award by the Gladstone Area Chamber of Commerce. The award recognizes The Heights Linden Square and its efforts in demonstrating the spirit of community beautification in Gladstone. The Heights was named in the Best New Construction Category.
The Heights Linden Square will host 222 luxury apartment homes and 10,000 square feet of retail space at 70th and Locust in Gladstone, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City. The project is currently under construction, and anticipates welcoming home new residents and businesses in early 2015. Neighboring restaurant, Snow and Company, located at 70th and N. Cherry, has completed the initial phase of the downtown Linden Square development.
The Heights is now leasing and is scheduled to be completed in early 2015.
