Jeff Hammersely has joined Flaherty & Collins Construction as a Project Manager.
Hammersley will be responsible for leading the construction team from design specification through turnover to the property management team. He is responsible for conducting market research, evaluation, and selection of qualified General Contractors and works with third party general contractors, sub-contractors and internal principals to identify solutions that support operational requirements while reducing Total Cost of Ownership, with an emphasis placed on identifying opportunities and mitigating risk around Flaherty & Collins growth strategy. He also manages construction programs for projects to establish the best purchasing opportunity taking full advantage of volume purchasing power.

Prior to joining Flaherty & Collins, Hammersley was the Executive Vice President of JBM Contractors Corporation, where he was responsible for bid solicitation, bond procurement, estimating and project management supervision, sub-contractor agreements, submittals, billing approval, safety compliance and close-out of projects. Jeff brings over 35 years of experience to Flaherty & Collins Properties, having started working for his family’s construction company, Hammersley Homes, in 1969 as a junior carpenter and laborer. He has been involved in construction, management and development for the past 15 years and is directly responsible for over $110 million in development, construction and project management since 1993.
Hammersley was also previously employed by Shamrock Builders, Inc., The Mattingly Corporation, Techline Studios and Overhead Door Company of Indianapolis.
