Responsibilities
Alicia oversees the Flaherty & Collins Properties portfolio of Affordable Communities to ensure that team members and sites are exceeding the standard of service residents and community partners have come to expect. This includes identifying operational and regulatory issues and working to resolve them in order to maximize return on investments, prevent losses, and promote positive relations with residents, investors, owners and management associates.
