Chris oversees the Human Resources Department and Payroll Operations of Flaherty & Collins Properties. As the Vice President of Human Resources, Chris is responsible for the people of F&C and ensuring their long tenure within the organization is a successful one. He provides strategic advice on Human Resources operations, procedures, and strategies. His areas of responsibilities include professional and personal employee development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity, employee retention, employment law, and performance management.
