Ryan is responsible for the development of strategies to maximize operating income and cash flow at Flaherty & Collins Properties market rate assets. He works collaboratively with the operations team, development, construction, and revenue management to ensure alignment in objectives to drive portfolio valuation. Ryan is involved in extensive market research for all areas where the company operates, using this knowledge to provide feedback that will keep F&C properties competitive with pricing, ancillary services, and offered amenities.

Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, daughter, and Bernedoodle, Freddie. He is an avid runner who has completed several marathons, including qualifying multiple times for the Boston Marathon. He also enjoys golf, live music, and travelling to new markets.
Ryan has over 20 years of experience in property management, customer service, and process consulting. Most recently, Ryan worked at Fairfield Residential where he was responsible for the oversight of up to 3,950 units in Midwestern and Southeastern US markets. He has managed stabilized, value-add, lease up, and senior tax credit communities. His depth of experience includes property financials, revenue management, budgeting, and market analysis.
