FISHERS, IN – Flaherty & Collins Properties welcomed first residents this week as the first phase of units completed at The Depot at Nickel Plate, a mixed-use development in Fishers.

The Depot at Nickel Plate, which broke ground in October 2013, provides an upscale blend of residential and retail uses in a pedestrian friendly, mixed-use development set in the emerging heart of downtown Fishers. With 242 units and 17,000 square feet of retail space, construction is to be completed in April 2015. The Depot also includes approximately 430 structured parking spaces.
