The Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ) recently released their annual list of Largest Indianapolis-Area Commercial Real Estate Developers, and once again, Flaherty & Collins Properties ranked inside the Top 10, coming in at 6th in this year’s list – and improving from 8th in 2018.

Flaherty & Collins Properties has over 4.7 million total square feet currently under development, with 3.4 million of that coming outside the Indianapolis area, which includes projects in Washington, D.C., Kansas City, and Cincinnati.
