“We’re incredibly proud of our developments in the Cincinnati market over the past several years,” says David Flaherty, CEO of Flaherty & Collins Properties. “The Boulevard at Oakley Station was our first project in the Cincinnati market, but we’ve continued to find opportunities in the area like River Haus just across the river in Covington, Kentucky and 4th & Race which is now under construction in downtown Cincinnati, that are a perfect fit for what we do in mixed-use developments and public-private partnerships.”
4th & Race is a 14-story luxury apartment tower located in downtown Cincinnati at corner of Fourth & Race streets and will consist of 264 luxury apartments, 23,000 square feet of street-level commercial space and a secure 700 parking space garage over 6 floors.
Amenities will include 8,000 square feet of outdoor space, a 6,000-square-foot indoor amenity area and a “sky deck” on the 14th floor that shows off breathtaking panoramic views of the Cincinnati skyline and the Ohio River. The outdoor space on the roof of the seven-story parking garage will have a pool, seating areas and grilling stations. The indoor amenities on that level will include a club room, fitness center and gaming area for residents.
The project is a partnership with the City of Cincinnati and 3CDC. Turner Construction serves as the builder.
