Flaherty & Collins Properties, which closed over $300M in development during 2020, finished the year ranked No. 14 by Multi-Housing News and Commercial Property Executive in their annual list of Top 30 Development Firms.
“Our development team did a phenomenal job in 2020 of working hard to cultivate partnerships with cities to create custom multifamily developments that meet their individuals needs and goals,” said David Flaherty, CEO of Flaherty & Collins Properties. “To close over $300M during a pandemic just shows how dedicated our team is to getting the deal closed and making projects come to fruition.”
F&C broke ground and started construction on several high-profile projects in 2020, including 4th & Race (Cincinnati, Ohio), The Ascent at Top of the Hill (Cleveland Heights, Ohio), ONE at The Peninsula (Columbus, Ohio), The Banks (LaPorte, Indiana) and Whiskey River (Lawrenceburg, Indiana).
The firms development pipeline remains strong as well, as Flaherty & Collins Properties has been selected to develop a luxury apartment development in downtown Columbus, Indiana that will break ground in early 2022, with additional affordable projects in Terre Haute and Indianapolis starting this year.
