Teri Hedemark has been voted President of the Board for the Apartment Association of Southern Indiana (AASI). Hedemark, a Regional Property Manager for Flaherty & Collins Properties, will serve a two-year term as president.
The Apartment Association of Southern Indiana (AASI) is a non-profit, trade association proudly serving the interests of the multi-family housing industry in Southwestern Indiana. AASI provides multi-family housing owners, managers, and developers with educational seminars, networking opportunities and local legislative representation. AASI currently represents over 9000 units within 67 apartment communities and 37 Associate Members (Vendors). They are a chapter of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and Indiana Apartment Association (IAA).

AASI serves to promote, advise, and protect the general interest in construction, ownership and management of multi-family housing by uniting those engaged in this industry. AASI strives to uphold the dignity of the property management profession, to acquire and disseminate useful business information among its members and to educate its members in the performance of high standards of practice and business ethics.
Hedemark has been Flaherty & Collins Properties for over a decade and has 18 years industry experience. Currently, she oversees the daily property management activities for Flaherty & Collins Properties in the Indianapolis and Southern Indiana areas. This includes leadership, training, financial management, marketing, leasing, asset preservation and administration for both market and tax credit communities.
