The Institute of Real Estate Management(R), IREM, has announced it’s 30 Under 30 List for 2017, which includes Michael Collins of Flaherty & Collins Properties.
The IREM 30 under 30 Program highlights 30 of the next generation of industry leaders who have made significant impacts in their career and community. These individuals have made various contributions to the profession as demonstrated by career success, professional leadership, and community involvement.

As a Regional Property Manager, Michael Collins oversees the daily property management activities for Flaherty & Collins Properties new development portfolio through initial lease-up throughout the country. Michael’s responsibilities include leadership, training, financial management, marketing, leasing, asset preservation, and administration. He works closely with development, management and construction, as well as marketing to ensure projects under development are meeting all expectations and goals.
Michael also currently serves as President of the Indianapolis IREM Chapter and brings a creative mindset to thinking about involvement and outreach within the industry. His excitement for property management and problem solving skills have allowed him to identify ways to improve operations and increase investment yields. He looks forward to continuing his involvement with IREM and expanding the network within Indianapolis.
