The Kansas City Business Journal has named The Heights Linden Square a 2016 Capstone Award winner in the Mixed-Use category.
The Heights and 29 other outstanding real estate and development projects in the Kansas City area were selected by a panel of independent judges for the 11th annual Capstone Awards. All had to be completed and move-in ready in 2015.
The developers, brokers, architects, contractors, financiers and others instrumental in bringing each project to fruition will be honored at an award luncheon Friday, March 4, at the Sheraton Overland Park.

Apartment homes at The Heights Linden Square average 942 square feet and include 40 two-level units, each with its own attached single-car garage.
