Yogurtz, a fun, healthy, family-owned, self-serve froyo spot, will open to customers for the first time today, July 15, at The Depot at Nickel Plate.
The Depot at Nickel Plate provides an upscale blend of residential and retail uses in a walkable, urban environment set in the emerging heart of downtown Fishers and 116th Street and Municipal Drive. The Depot at Nickel Plate and is one of the first developments in a series of projects to help transform downtown Fishers into a walkable, bike friendly hub of activity.
“We’re excited to have another spot where residents of both The Depot and Fishers can come, hang out and relax,” says Michael Collins, Regional Property Manager for Flaherty & Collins Properties. Flaherty & Collins Properties developed, constructed and manages The Depot at Nickel Plate. “It’s exciting to see a hub of activity around the property, from the great retail and dining options to the atmosphere of the amphitheater seemingly each night of the summer. It’s a great time to be in this area.”
Key retail spaces at The Depot have filled up quickly, with five tenants (Dottie Couture boutique, Brixx Wood-Fired Pizza, Yogurtz, Flamme Burger and Salon Seven) now occupying 10,796 square feet. All have or will open in 2015. Currently, only 6,249 square feet of retail space remains.
