We also offer 401(K), and Flaherty & Collins Properties contributes a matching amount of 50% on the first 6% contributed by the employee. Additionally, we over life insurance, voluntary accident insurance, voluntary hospital indemnity plan, and short-term and long-term disability insurance.Full-time employees also receive vacation time, sick time and receive 8.5 paid holidays per year.
