306 Riverfront District was named “2019 Downtown Champion” by the Greater Kokomo Downtown Creative Placemaking Council, a division of the Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance. The award is presented in recognition of significant contribution to the revitalization of downtown Kokomo. Flaherty & Collins Properties turned 306 Riverfront District, the former Apperson Brothers factory, into a 200 unit-luxury apartment community that has transformed the face of downtown, attracted new residents and created a community hub in the heart of Kokomo.
