Flaherty & Collins Properties announces that they have hired Brandon Bogan as Director of Design & Preconstruction for the firm, which specializes in mixed-use, multifamily housing.
Bogan joins Flaherty & Collins Properties following a 13-year stint with CSO Architects, where he led design teams and managed a wide array of projects ranging from the Palladium at the Center for Performing Arts in Carmel to high-end mixed use developments. His housing experience includes the successful completion of over 6,000 beds in a multitude of public and private developments. Bogan has been actively involved in several Flaherty & Collins Properties projects, including The Depot at Nickel Plate, the NISCO Redevelopment in Kokomo and several pursuits, including Jeffersonville, Brownsburg, Broad Ripple, and Elkhart.

Bogan earned his Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Ball State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Brandon is also involved in the Hamilton County (Ind.) Leadership Academy Civic Theatre as a member of the Board of Directors.
