At the 2015 Prestige Awards, presented by the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA), Flaherty & Collins Properties was honored twice for outstanding achievement in property management.
The Boulevard at Oakley Station was named Best Clubhouse and Leasing Office, while Julie Brenner (Mallard Lakes) was named Best Community Manager.
The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association’s 2015 Prestige Awards are a celebration of all the accomplishments members have achieved in the multi-family housing industry. The Prestige Awards – which have won national recognition as winners of the coveted National Apartment Association Paragon Award of Excellence – returned this year after a nearly 10-year hiatus.
