Flaherty & Collins Properties has announced the promotions of Brandon Bogan to Vice President, Preconstruction & Design, and Brian Moore to Vice President, Marketing & Communications.
“Brandon and Brian are two key members of our team,” said Jerry Collins, President of Flaherty & Collins Properties. “They have been instrumental in a variety of roles across the company over the past several years and we are pleased to see their continued growth in our organization.”
Bogan, AIA, LEED AP, began working with Flaherty & Collins Properties in 2014, following a stint as a Principal at CSO Architects. In this new role, Bogan will oversee all of design preconstruction, and directly supervise the design managers and owner’s representatives. He oversees all design and preconstruction services at Flaherty & Collins Properties as a key team member of the construction and development teams, collaborating with project partners, managers and developers to ensure the overall vision of a project is not only met, but exceeds expectations, while monitoring budget goals and quality aspects of selections.
Bogan received a Bachelor of Architecture degree and Bachelor of Science (Environmental Design) degree from Ball State University. He is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and American Institute of Architects (AIA), as well as a LEED® accredited professional.
Moore joined F&C in 2013, and is responsible for overseeing the marketing, public relations and branding of new developments at Flaherty & Collins Properties. He works to ensure consistency across websites, marketing materials and project deliverables such as proposals and presentations. Brian works closely with the developers and various members of the Flaherty & Collins Properties team to ensure quality and innovation in all areas of marketing new developments, from printed collateral and media outreach to ground breakings and other events. Moore also works as a key member of the development team on proposals and presentations for new developments. Additionally, he serves as the corporate communications liaison with the media.
Moore received a Bachelor of Arts (History) and a minor in Political Science from Indiana University – Indianapolis. He is a member of the Downtown Indy Marketing Board.
