The Heights Linden Square was featured in Gladstone Monthly’s Fall 2014 issue, discussing the development of a new downtown in Gladstone, Missouri. This new downtown development has been named Linden Square, and will be created using office, residential, and retail spaces.
The Heights Linden Square will host 222 luxury apartment homes and 10,000 square feet of retail space at 70th and Locust. The project is currently under construction, and anticipates welcoming home new residents and businesses in early 2015. Neighboring restaurant, Snow and Company, located at 70th and N. Cherry, has completed the initial phase of the downtown Linden Square development.
