Flaherty & Collins Properties is launching 6Main, a $38 million mixed-use development located on the historic site of the Elder-Beerman department store. This four-story project will feature 150 luxury apartments and 3,000 square feet of commercial space. Residents will enjoy resort-style amenities, including a sparkling pool, fitness center, cyber cafe, bike shop, and pet spa. Construction began in spring 2025, with completion expected by winter 2026.
