A partnership with Diane’s House Ministries, Diane’s House creates 42 affordable apartments in Washington, D.C. The project, which broke ground in 2019 and opened in 2020, is 30,563 SF.
Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units. Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size).
Utilities included, Pets permitted (with deposit), On-site case management, property management, and resident services. Located in the Gateway neighborhood of northeast Washington, D.C.
