The Mill at Ironworks Plaza

The Mill at Ironworks Plaza consists of 232 luxury market rate apartment homes and 13,213 square feet of retail. Comprised of studios, one and two-bedroom apartment homes, the development boasts the finest amenities in the Mishawaka market.

Residents enjoy nearly over 11,000 square feet of amenities. A second-floor amenity deck overlooking the St. Joseph River and Beutter Park includes a courtyard featuring a bar, lounge areas, grilling station, activity lawn, art and movie wall, saltwater pool with a large wet deck, and bark park. Additionally, The Mill features a Maker’s Space, where residents can create artwork, a demonstration kitchen for hosting large group gatherings and meals, a gaming and study lounge, pet spa, bike storage and repair, and concierge services, including maintenance concierge.  The project received $5.26 million from the Indiana Regional Cities Initiative through the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC).

“This project will be transformational to our historic downtown,” said Mayor of Mishawaka David Wood at the project’s groundbreaking. “In our planning to redevelop the former Uniroyal properties, the City has remained committed to building a mixed use, architecturally significant and pedestrian friendly environment. This project which will cover two city blocks includes all of these elements.”
