Flaherty & Collins Properties is launching The Granary, a $67 million mixed-use development along the Pleasant Street Corridor in Noblesville, Indiana. Located on the historic site of the Noblesville Milling Co., this four-story project will feature 225 luxury apartments, 5,000 square feet of commercial space, and a parking garage with 300 spaces. Residents will enjoy high-end amenities, including a saltwater pool, fitness center, co-working spaces, and pet spa. At least 10% of the units will be designated for workforce housing. Construction begins summer 2025, with completion expected by summer 2027.
