Located on the historic site of the Noblesville Milling Co., this four-story project will feature 223 luxury apartments, 4,000 square feet of commercial space, and a parking garage with 300 spaces. Residents will enjoy high-end amenities, including a saltwater pool, fitness center, co-working spaces, and pet spa. At least 10% of the units will be designated for workforce housing. Construction begins fall 2025, with completion expected by fall 2027.
