River Pointe Named a Bicentennial Legacy Project

River Pointe

River Pointe, a new development in Tell City, Indiana, has been named a Bicentennial Legacy Project by the Indiana Bicentennial Commission.

The project meets the standards set by the commission for accessibility to the public and achievability.

River Pointe is the new construction of 40 affordable senior housing apartments that benefit the community by providing community services and increasing downtown housing opportunities. The development revives the Seventh Street Corridor along the Ohio River.

The one and two-bedroom apartments feature energy efficient appliances designed into the project to reduce ongoing monthly utility bills. Additional features include washer and dryer, ceramic tile in bathrooms and either a patio or balcony. A rooftop terrace provides gorgeous views of the Ohio River, and a courtyard will provide a relaxing place to unwind and visit with friends and family. A community room will provide a similar space indoors. All of the best services and amenities of downtown Tell City are just steps away, including resturants, parks, shopping entertainment, banks, churches, medical facilities and more.

River Pointe is a partnership between Vision Communities, Inc., Flaherty & Collins Properties, Kuhl & Grant and Myszak & Palmer.
