INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis’ newest apartment high-rise in the heart of downtown is ready for renters.
It’s called 360 Market Square, as in the site of the former Market Square Arena at 360 E. Market Street.
The 28-story building has 292 units and 86 of them have already been rented, according to property managers.
The one and two-bedroom apartments have floor to ceiling windows. Studios start at around $1,300 a month.
The three-bedroom penthouse will set you back more than $7,000 a month.
The building features an amenity center on the fifth floor with city views, an outdoor fireplace, a pool and a gym. There’s also a game room and a media center.
A Whole Foods grocery at the base of the building will open on March 21.
There will also be a Starbucks and a 525-space parking garage.
Market Square Arena was imploded on July 8, 2001. The arena was built in 1974.
