Blutowne’s initial phase delivers 219 premium apartments featuring a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts with upscale interiors including stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, in-unit washer/dryer setups, and private balconies that extend living space into panoramic district views. Residential amenities are designed to elevate everyday life with a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style saltwater pool, expansive rooftop sky lounge, pet spa and dog park, co-working spaces, outdoor grilling decks, fire pits, hammock areas, and EV charging stations, all centered around thoughtfully landscaped communal spaces that encourage connection and convenience.
