FISHERS, Ind. – Flaherty & Collins Properties has announced the Grand Opening of The Depot at Nickel Plate, a luxury mixed-use development in Fishers, Indiana. The grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, July 23, 2015 from 4pm-7pm at the site, 8594 E. 116th Street in Fishers.

The Depot at Nickel Plate, which features 242 market rate luxury apartments and 17,045 square feet of street-front retail, is a $42 million project that includes the finest amenities in the state of Indiana, just 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis.

The Depot at Nickel Plate provides an upscale blend of residential and retail uses in a walkable, urban environment set in the emerging heart of downtown Fishers and 116th Street and Municipal Drive. The Depot at Nickel Plate and is one of the first developments in a series of projects to help transform downtown Fishers into a walkable, bike friendly hub of activity.
Key retail spaces at The Depot have filled up quickly, with five tenants (Dottie Couture boutique, Brixx Wood-Fired Pizza, Yogurtz, Flamme Burger and Salon Seven) occupying 10,796 square feet and opening in 2015. Currently, only 6,249 square feet of retail space remains.
