Downtown Terrace, a Flaherty & Collins Properties development in Petersburg, Ind., has been named one of three finalists for Affordable Housing Finance magazine’s Reader’s Choice Awards in the Rural Category.
Last year, The Landing, a Flaherty & Collins Properties development in Mount Vernon, Ind., won in the same category. Flaherty & Collins Properties Vice President of Development and Community Asset Management, Duane Milller, said that the team is proud of the honor.

There were 34 finalists out of nine categories with 112 nominations. Voting will be conducted by AHF readers during the summer, with the winner announced in the fall.
