Flaherty & Collins Properties has broken ground on a $66 million mixed-use community in East Peoria’s Levee district. The project includes 219 luxury apartments, 10,000 square feet of retail space, and 276 parking spaces. Amenities feature a fitness center, saltwater pool, rooftop sky lounge, and private balconies. The first residents and businesses are expected by fall 2025, with full completion by spring 2026.
